About the role
- Provide strategic advice to the Editor-in-Chief and Publisher on emerging research trends and journal scope.
- Act as a trusted peer reviewer for manuscripts within your field of expertise on an occasional basis.
- Actively promote the journal within your professional networks and represent the title at key events and conferences.
- Support content growth by occasionally submitting your own high-quality work or encouraging colleagues to submit.
- Collaborate on special projects, such as suggesting topics or guest editors for high-impact Special Issues and article collections.
- Participate in annual Editorial Board meetings to discuss performance metrics, indexing, and plans for the journal’s long-term development.

About the journal
Psychology Research and Behavior Management is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to advancing psychological science and its application to behavior management. The journal promotes rigorous scientific research in psychology and evidence-based interventions that directly inform behavioral outcomes and change management strategies in real-world contexts.
Behavior management is a structured, empirically supported approach that applies psychological science to help individuals, families, organizations, and communities constructively adapt and modify behaviors. This approach is widely applicable across diverse fields and is relevant to professionals in roles, such as healthcare providers, educators, coaches, legal practitioners, and executive leaders.
The journal encourages interdisciplinary submissions from theoretical, empirical, and translational perspectives. Manuscripts should feature methodologically strong empirical or theoretical work, rooted in psychology, and outline practical contributions to behavior management.

- Act as a peer reviewer and provide constructive feedback.
- Attend Editorial Board meetings and advise the Lead and Supporting Editors on matters such as journal direction, policies, and strategy.
- Suggest potential Guest Advisors or Guest Editors or contributors for article collections or themed issues.
- Promote the journal to potential authors, reviewers, and readers within their professional networks.
- Help to enhance the journal’s reputation and impact in its field.
