Managing Editorial Boards

What the event covered

This webinar explored Editorial board structures and their principle function. We discussed the role of the board in order to support the Journal and Editor(s), as well as their part in providing Author service.

The workshop debated ideas around diversity & inclusion in the Editorial Board, and the challenges and benefits inherent in that goal.

We also looked at optimization and efficiency in your journal management, and how to plan for future growth of your title.

Finally, we discussed the role of the Portfolio Manager (or editorial contact) and discussed how Taylor & Francis can continue to support the progress of your journal.

This webinar was held as part of the 2023 On Being an Editor event series.
